Limitations
are the same for each destination to which Lynx Air flies.
Each passenger is permitted 70 pounds of checked baggage for
any destination to which he/she flies. Any baggage over the
stated limit is considered excess baggage and is chargeable
at the published rate for each destination. Excess baggage
must be paid at check-in. Checks will only be accepted if previously
approved by management. The passenger may make prior arrangements
for their excess baggage, otherwise Lynx Air can not guarantee
that it will be sent on the same flight. Excess baggage will
be held and sent to the destination on the next available flight.
We cannot guarantee the date of its arrival due to changing
passenger loads, but every effort is made to place the items(s)
on the next flight. For flights departing
from a non U.S. destination,
all baggage must accompany the passenger and cannot be sent
on a later flight. See a Lynx Agent or call Lynx Air for information
about reserving space for excess baggage.

Cancellation
of Reservations:
Unlike many major airlines,
it is the policy of Lynx Air not to overbook. Because
Lynx Air does not overbook, our passengers are guaranteed
that a seat will be available for them when a reservation
is confirmed. In order to continue this policy the following
will apply to changes and cancellations of confirmed
reservations: Reservations can be changed or transferred
until 72 hours before departure, subject to a change
fee of $75. Any name change (transfer) of a round-trip
ticket applies to the entire round-trip itinerary (i.e.,
you can't transfer just one half of a round-trip ticket). With
at least 72 hours notice, and upon payment of the $75
change fee, a ticket may be re-booked at any time within
one year of the original purchase date. Tickets are non-refundable.
Passengers who fail to fly on their scheduled date and
do not contact Lynx Air at least 72 hours before their
flight to change or transfer their ticket are considered "no shows" and
their ticket is cancelled with no refund. Passengers holding
tickets with an "open" return may not travel on a "stand-by" basis,
a confirmed reservation is required. Please call Lynx
to confirm travel date. Unused tickets are void after
one year from the date of purchase.

Check-In Time:
Check-in begins two hours prior to departure.
Passengers arriving later than one hour prior to departure
may not have sufficient time to complete the check-in process.
The ticket counter closes thirty minutes prior to departure.
Late arrivals are subject to cancellation and the above listed
penalties. Our Florida flights depart from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood
International Airport, Terminal 4, Lower Level, or Miami
International Airport, Concourse E.
**To avoid misconnections due to unforeseen
delays (i.e. customs, immigration, weather), passengers are
advised to schedule connecting flights out of Fort Lauderdale
or Miami no less than three hours after the Lynx scheduled
arrival time in Fort Lauderdale or Miami.

Lynx Air has provided flights for a wide
variety of groups traveling throughout the Caribbean. Throughout
our many years of service, the following policies have been
developed for group bookings. These guidelines assure that
all information pertinent to groups is readily available to
assist in planning group travel. Because Lynx Air understands
that every group is different and each has its own unique agenda,
our booking agents work closely with the individual group leaders
to meet the needs of each group. Lynx Air encourages group
leaders to let us know of any special needs when planning group
travel so that we may be of assistance. Our personalized attention
to your group's travel plans will assure a successful and enjoyable
journey.

Definition of a Group :
There are two criteria that must be satisfied
before Lynx will accept passengers as constituting a group.
The primary consideration is the number of people traveling
together, and the other has to do with how the group fare is
handled. A group is defined as 5 or more people traveling on
the same flight. To qualify as a round trip group, all members
must travel together on both the outbound and inbound flight.
To qualify as a one way group, all members must travel together
on either the outbound or inbound flight. With regard to the
financial arrangements for the fare, a group has to designate
one entity to handle all group finances. Lynx will not deal
with individuals in making financial arrangements for the ticketing
of a group.

Payment:
If the reservation is made more than 30
days before the flight, no money will be needed to reserve
seats for the group. Once the reservation has been made, a
deposit of 50% of the total group fare will be required no
less than 30 days before the group travel date. Fourteen days
before travel the balance of the group fare has to be paid.
Once the fare is paid, tickets will be issued for each group
member. If the reservation is made between 30 days and two
weeks before the flight, a deposit of 50% is required before
the seats can be reserved. Once the reservation has been made
the balance of the fare owing has to be paid no less than fourteen
days before the travel date. Upon payment in full, tickets
will be issued for each group member. If the reservation is
made within two weeks of the travel date the full group fare
has to be paid before the group's seats will be reserved.

Changes/Cancellations:
1) INCREASING THE
SIZE OF THE GROUP:
Provided seats are available, the group
can be increased at any point in time before the flights departure.
If the request is made 31 or more days before the flight date,
no payment will be required. If the request is made between
30 and 14 days before the flight, 50% of the additional amount
will be required. If the request is made less than 14 days
before the flight, or after the group has been ticketed, the
full amount must be paid at the time the request is made.
2) DECREASING THE
SIZE OF THE GROUP:
The group can be decreased at any time prior
to the group being ticketed. Once the group is ticketed (14
days prior to the flight) the group cannot be reduced in size.
The ticket, however, can be used by someone else by way of
a name change.
3) NAME CHANGE:
Because of the complexity of putting a group
together, Lynx will allow name changes at no cost.
4) CANCELLATION:
Because of the potential number of seats
involved, the group cannot be cancelled less than 14 days before
the flight.

Carry-on Items:
Each passenger is permitted one carryon
item approximately 10 pounds and no larger than 17"x14"x8".
The weight of the carryon item is calculated as part of
the total weight per passenger allowed. (See Baggage Limitations
for calculating total baggage allowance per passenger.)
Baggage Limitations:
The list of passenger names and body weights
along with nationality and passport numbers should be provided
to Lynx no later than one month prior to departure. Upon receipt
of this list, the amount of baggage weight per person will
be calculated.
The amount of baggage weight available is
determined by the total weight available at the time of booking
and the number of passengers (weight) in the group. The body
weights of the individuals in the group are subtracted from
the total weight available to obtain the total amount of baggage
weight available to the group. The total baggage weight available
is then divided equally among the group passengers. The group
may not exceed the total weight available without incurring
excess baggage fees.
Any baggage brought to the check-in counter
on the date of departure that exceeds the available weight
is considered excess baggage and is chargeable at the rate
published for each destination. It is possible that
excess baggage may not be placed on the flight with the group.
If this is the case, the excess baggage will be held and sent
on the next available flight. We cannot guarantee the date
of its arrival due to changing passenger loads, but every effort
is made to place the items on the next flight. If a group knows
in advance that their baggage will exceed the weight limitations,
arrangements can be made to send the items prior to the departure
date through our cargo department. All cargo policies are effective
for such items.
*When considering schedule times, please
note the times listed are the actual time at each location.
Time zones vary with destination and times listed can be different
than Florida time.
**To avoid misconnections due to unforeseen
delays (i.e. customs, immigration, weather), passengers are
advised to schedule connecting flights out of Fort Lauderdale
or Miami at least three hours after the scheduled arrival time
in Fort Lauderdale or Miami.
