Parcels to be shipped Lynx Express must be received by the Lynx office in Fort Lauderdale no later than 4:00 p.m. the day preceding the flight. Parcels may be brought into the Fort Lauderdale office personally or shipped by any desired method (e.g. U.S.P.S., U.P.S. or FedEx) to Fort Lauderdale for forwarding to their final destination. When shipping to Fort Lauderdale, parcels should be addressed in the following Manner:

The words "Lynx Express" must be printed in large, bold letters on top of the parcel where it will be highly visible to the cargo department. Failure to print "Lynx Express" on the parcel properly may result in your express parcel being delayed.

Wanna Know How to Pay?

All Lynx Express parcels are to be prepaid either personally in our Fort Lauderdale office or by attaching a check to the parcel before shipping to Fort Lauderdale ( see Instruction Sheet for Prepaying Parcels for details ). Under special circumstances, C.O.D. express shipping may be approved by office management. ** Lynx will make every effort to send all Lynx Express parcels arriving before 4:00 p.m. on the next flight. However, there may be certain days (such as a full passenger flight day) when we would not have available space for a shipment of over 100 pounds. On such days, we will advise the client of the situation when delivery of the parcel is made to Lynx. At that time, the client has the option of shipping elsewhere or waiting for the next flight. If the item is shipped to Lynx, this notification will not be possible and the item will automatically be sent on the next available flight. It is important to note that Lynx Express service is defined as "next available flight". Lynx does not guarantee next day delivery. If sent Lynx Express and your parcel is not delivered on the next available flight, Lynx Air will refund the difference between our Lynx Express rate and our regular shipping rate for that particular destination.

Tracking Procedures:

• Step 1 - Contact the shipper to confirm the date of delivery to Lynx and name of person signing for the item.
• Step 2 - Allow at least one week from the date Lynx received the parcel for further inquiry.
• Step 3 - Go to the local Lynx office and fill out a tracking form. This may also be done by telephone.
• Step 4 - Lynx will contact you by mail with the status; It may be possible to answer emergency items by phone.

**If shipping a package "Lynx Express", be sure to write in large, bold print "LYNX EXPRESS" on top of the parcel where it will be highly visible to the Lynx cargo department. Failure to print this on the parcel properly may result in your parcel not being sent on the next available flight. Lynx Express items must be prepaid unless preapproved by management for C.O.D. delivery.
